Mak­ing match­ing jack­ets with my nieces has become an annu­al tra­di­tion. This year Gigi request­ed a dinosaur jack­et. This was a tall order espe­cial­ly since bomber jack­ets with dinosaur appliqués was not an option. I absolute­ly love how the out­fit turned out!  I used Alen­con Ivory lace and Cream Poly/Spandex for the lin­ing and under­lin­ing of the blouse and shorts.  The blouse was self draft­ed to fit the bride & I used a Bur­dastyle shorts sewing pat­tern (with adjust­ments) as a guide for the shorts pattern.
